Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Please contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram before returning or exchanging.

Refunds processed within 5 days via InstaPay or Cash Wallet. Fees may apply.

Non-refundable: worn items, missing tags, not in original packaging, lingerie, or sale items.

Exchanges for sale items available within 24 hours if unused and in original condition.
